Ed Mackenzie Smith, Managing Director
Ed began his career in Estate Agency in Camberley, Surrey in 1972. He was responsible for launching a land and new homes business for a highly successful competitor in 1986 before stepping out in 1991 and founding Mackenzie Smith from a single office in Fleet. His specialisation in land and development along with new homes has enabled Mackenzie Smith to enjoy considerable success in this field since the formation of the company 22 years ago.
As Managing Director, Ed not only steers the direction the company will take and oversees the success of all our offices and departments, but is also heavily involved in the land and new homes part of the business. Ed’s extensive background working in property sales and lettings, and with some of the most well known new homes developers in the region, makes him the ideal figurehead for the company as we continue to grow and move forward.

Tracey Easton, Financial Controller
Tracey has been with Mackenzie Smith since July 2007, joining as a branch secretary advancing to PA to the MD within a year. Through lots of hard work and training, Tracey progressed to Accounts and HR Manager, more recently being promoted to Financial Controller. This diverse and challenging role is highly demanding and Tracey rises to the challenge. Her knowledge and insight into the business through these specialisms is absolute.

Stephen Tetlow, Sales Director
Stephen, a founding member of Mackenzie Smith, has been in estate agency for over 30 years. He has managed the sale of hundreds of homes in the surrounding towns and villages in the Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey border area.
Stephen’s approachable manner and clear delivery of highly regarded advice make him a pleasure to work with. Having managed a full range of clients and property sales Stephen knows how to take an appropriate approach to any situation or house sale.

Vicky Jarman, Marketing Manager
Vicky Jarman studied at Bournemouth University, achieving a 2.1 in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Specialising in ‘in-house’ Marketing since graduating in 2010, Vicky has a diverse range of experience and skills to personally oversee the marketing function for the company. This includes the day to day brand awareness of Mackenzie Smith, but more importantly, fulfilling the needs of our clients, including the growth and launch of new developments and new homes sites. Vicky is confident in delivering a service tailored to the needs of each developer and vendor, and has a wealth of experience in communicating with and to; the general public, clients, local press and advertising outlets along with strong internal communications. Vicky also takes on a creative role at Mackenzie Smith; writing editorials, blogs and drafting our designs for our campaigns.

Nosheen Aslam, Marketing Assistant
Nosheen supports all marketing activity at Mackenzie Smith along with constructing sales particulars and creating bespoke blogs. Following her graduation, Nosheen joined the world of corporate marketing, before joining estate agency from a marketing perspective, bringing a wealth of knowledge and creativity.

My interests ventured further than just the appearance of the homes, proving an early education into property investments and home buying from a buyer’s perspective.”
